The fifth season of MasterChef Junior kicks off as the 40 best young home cooks from across America compete to earn a coveted white apron from our judges - Culinary legend Gordon Ramsay and world-renowned pastry chef Christina Tosi. The aspiring young chefs will tackle Salmon, Pork, Scallops or Fruit Tart and must prepare and cook their signature version for the judges. The two top dishes will earn a place in the Top 20.
